Thanks for taking the time with your excellent insights. you have reaffirmed my faith with HC.

i recently started selling my SBM shares to lock in some pretty amazing profits (i have been guilty of holding on too long previously) . I still have half and will be keeping them as i am encouraged (though not relying on) your comments.

I have to confess i seeded the previous thread in the hope you would be still there, earlier a poster referenced your SBM analysis from last year:

I am trying to reverse engineer your analysis for other gold companies and one factor has me stumped.
If you are inclined i would like to know how you generated the 'capitalization rate'. if i see something worth while i will be keen to share.
