Truth hurts that votes did not count toward the remuneration report?

2015, I believe, was the last time share holders were allowed to vote on the remuneration. In annual meetings 2016 and onwards it was not put forward. Not that it matters. Votes did not count anyway.

Also of interest, the company does not publish the remuneration report any more. Out of sight, out of mind I guess.

Those share holder meetings are never well attended. How many were at the meeting, 5 to 10? I remember going to one where it was me and just one other person. And I wasn't even a share holder

Also important to note is that the Chairman gets a consultancy fee of $100,000 per annum ON TOP of his fees as a Chairman.
