RM's pay was proposed, was voted on, and I do not recall a single shareholder opposing it at the meeting. Full show of hands by all shareholders present.
All other shareholders who joined Axiom since bought shares knowing RM's remuneration, as well as all those who participated in cap raising or funding agreements.
