What is reasonable CEO remuneration?, page-4

This topic regarding Ryan’s remuneration has been done to death. While I think his pay is certainly up there I don’t think his rewards will be excessive if he can pull everything off and provide significant shareholder value. The other point I round make is that despite the fact so many posters complain about Ryan’s pay no one has ever raised the subject at a shareholder meeting in the last 5 years I have attended. So I would put it to all of you that want to keep complaining - ‘put up or shut up’. You all have a voice and the ability to get along in future so I hope I will see you at the next meeting where you will make it an agenda item.
