    1. Some of us do more research than hot copper, we chat to management too.
    2. RM bought his last shares at 27 cents
    3. It was voted in by shareholders, I was at the meeting.
    4. Take a good look at the board and management team, (on Axiom website) RM may not have the experience you are looking for but the management team does. Read up on Ken Stein.
