Perhaps it is worth a look to better understand how the financing package will be structured.. if the confidential $90m NAIF funding was to go to TNG, we are going to be fully funded in no time..

BD77 the reporting of the NAIF position incliuding two confidential conditional allocations was a real intriguing publication.

I guess who are the likely recipients from all the applications filed at this precise point in time.? Well TNG is is an applicant and is at a stage in its development where NAIF could enter into such an aggrement. NAIF has been an eary component of project finance if it encourages debt finance or reduces equity finance contribution and meets the other social criteria. Also the $90k figure is in the ba
ll park for infrastructure spending on TNG's Mt Peake project. (The $25k figure doesnt really sit with the overall finance package required and infrastructure expenditure).

There is also the reference in the December 2018 finance mandate announcement attached below.

Actually this seriously unworkable new HC format has stuck it in the middle of my f&$%ing post.

My point is it is likely that those monies are part of the package but conditional on everything else coming together. The timing , conditions, quantum, social benefits and overall political benefits make TNG a real likely recipient of the announced aggrement IMO.

The announcement, when (if) it comes will be timed around election announcement, IMO. I'd not be surprised to see finance news on the back of this.
