There's no question that TSE will win the tender, but that's not the real issue here... how does anyone come to the conclusion that not one of the allegations has been proven when there appears to be a deliberate intent to cover up these atrocities and the threat of reprisal against respectable physicians and Save The Children charity workers who decide to speak out?
The following information was provided from Mr Toby Gunn @ Save The Children
"Guards made sexual advances to under-aged girls and Mr Gunn and a co-worker witnessed a four year old girl running from a guard. "He caught up with her and, with his left hand, hit her in the back of the head with enough force to lift her off her feet and she smacked into the ground. She was so terrified she immediately crawled into the fetal position and wouldn't stop screaming. The guard was extremely abuseful towards me and my co-worker and told us to f--- off."
Mr Gunn said Wilson Security had to produce information to the Senate inquiry into Nauru, about cases of alleged abuse. "When this case came back, they stated they had insufficient information to find the perpetrator," he said. "But there were two witnesses, we had his name and there was a security response to the incident which involved the second in command.
Is this your definition of "not proven" DSD? - keeping in mind that Mr Gunn has nothing to gain and everything to lose from his disclosure.
It has also been stated by the same witnesses that this guard representing the Australian Commonwealth Government allegedly stated that he hit this 4 year old girl in the back of the head with enough force to lift her off her feet because she was "teasing him"
What about the following letter signed by, and challenging government to prosecute some of Australia's most respectable members of society who are speaking out... are we to assume they are all liars?
"We are aware that in publishing this letter we may be prosecuted under the Border Force Act and we challenge the department to prosecute so that these issues may be discussed in open court and in the full view of the Australian public."
