I wouldn't read too much into it , 2 weeks out from closing seems to be too late for any other offer especially with the leases in danger and the management of TXN seem to be set up pretty well after deal goes through , Mac is a smart group and if they can get shares of SEA and the throw in shares of Talon why not .... I'm not of the belief that Mac is up to something ..... but we will see .... luck
