Please also take into account that LEG has undertaken further exploration expenditure since Sept 2015 when they purchased the tenements from Creasy Group. Hence I believe Hence our land per sqm is more valuable than the Creasy / IGO recent deal and also we have the better real estate.

Also, it will be interesting over the next couple of months when the drill out of the resource ore body of Sputnik is completed and if IGO will also purchase this of Creasy and the valuation method used.
