as has been pointed out previously Hunter hall are converting a con note to shares in jan 2011 so will receive about 50m shares at about 10c.

Hunter Hall are significant holders of CBD stock outside of that conversion. So one would imagine hunter hall are happy sellers above 10c as they will be getting shares back in any case - plus they probably don't want to be so over weight one stock.

anything at or under 10c has potential to be a good pick up but who knows.
