HH lodged a significant holder notice on 03/11 stating they had fallen below the 5% threshold and had 19m shares left in the kitty.
Once they fall below 5% they no longer have to tell anyone what they are up to.
The pending conversion of the con note to shares has been disclosed to the market. The conversion hasn't actually taken place yet so HH don't need to disclose anything as yet in terms of shares rec'd.
