We are dealing with South American approvals here. There are probably a number of government channels approvals need to go through and the possibility for leaks outside of company control are very high. Happens all the time when concessions are approved.

If the cobalt concessions have been approved then this is a very big deal for LRS. China is being urged to limit reliance on the DRC for supply . IMO there will be a greater shortage of cobalt going forward than lithium and to secure a potential large resource in South America is a very promising strategic move.
