Apparently the creditors will be sitting in the "shell" until the plant is complete, sometime in Feb 2010, at which time they will see what kind of deal will be put forward by "Midwest"(phone conversation with FH). I have heard that former workers are being contacted to restart the project and that it would be too difficult for the mine to reopen under another licience. WVL will still be the liciencee, as it where, but with a reduced equity.
This is mostly hearsay and hope. DYOR
