I think many people believe this takeover is a foregone conclusion and have decided to sell out of BSG to avoid being taken over by what is at present one of the worst performing stocks on the HUI Index over the last few years.

Even tonight, with silver sharply up Coeur is at the time of writing the second worst performing stock on the HUI with a rise under 1% which is lost by the stronger Aussie dollar.
