I thought it had something to do with the long running battle between Rio & Mongolian govt on one side & Friedland
who has tried everything to stop Rio getting ahead. I haven't read any detailed analyses but it seemes to me that Rio has come out ahead.One wonders where it goes from here. IVA has had a pretty good run of late. Praps
