To play devils advocate:

1) Roof top solar in Australia is underpinned by bad government policy causing a bubble (just like pink bats, BER etc). Looks to be wound back

2) Italy solar market having its generous subsidies re,oved

3) Wind is barely commercial. A carbon price will likely make it attractive but Abott will rescind the carbon tax and Labor unlikely to stay in paower.

I like CBD but the above has stopped me entering. Their profits are very dependant of the whims of politicians.
