From my perspective, it's not a major issue that the announcement / signing is delayed. Whatever the reason is.

I just think it's underhanded that they try and let the 'non-sigining' slip through. This, after they deliberately held off reporting the (disappointing) half-yearly until they could add some window-dressing associated with a MOU, is the second time they have been sneaky.

On top of this they have got Vaile heading up the company.

I'm a little concerned about the emerging culture of this mob.
