I wonder if they decided to put off the announcement, until more normal market, when the news would be more likely to make positive impact on SP.

ATM the markets are very volatile and panicky. any good news for a small company is likely to get lost while most investors are nervously watching developments in Japan, North Africa, Middle East and New York.

While I am not impressed by company keeping investors in the dark again, announcing date and not telling market they are not going to meet it, I think that the delay may be in our interest.
