I think some investors just want to get out of HTA to chase after other stocks (e.g. banks, retails) that are rallying.
I personally am not so sure about that rally, the fact is US government are running huge deficit, so they are not having spare cash laying around, for them to spend huge money to bail out the two mortage companies, that means the US dollars will worth less.
I think this rally is more like a sentiment boost, the fundamental is still pretty bad.
But that just my opinion.
