The drop today is a little more than the value of the rights though. Mathematically with a 1 for 15 issue, you would expect it to fall 1/15 of the SP-Excercise price ie (27-21)/15 or .4 of a cent.
But I guess some ppl are selling shares they intend to buy in the raising from there existing holding.
