NDO May trade up to the 4.2c Resistance Point .. before it stops for a breather ..

a Take Over offer from OEL , will blow all the Charts to Bits

and NDO sp can go up to 5c before the Offer is made .

I expect a Script offer of 2.5 NDO to1 OEL ,

sweetened by a small cash Div to NDO holders .
