Another point of interest,
ASF desire to maintain it's holding of 19.9%.
The company now wishes to issue 500 shares for x amount of dollars.
We now have 1000 + 249 + 500 = 1749 shares.
However 249 shares now becomes 14.236%. A placement of an extra 124 shares to ASF, = 373 shares.
1000 + 500 + 373 = 1873 total shares, with 373 shares equaling 19.9145% of total.
ASF = happy.
MC goes through roof.
Shareholding diluted to crap.
