what is going on with ppn?

In trying to make sense of what is going on with the PPN board's failure to call an AGM and give us audited accounts for last year, all I get is one huge migraine.

Then I stumbled across a decision by Justice Ferguson in the Supreme Court of Victoria which started ringing very loud alarm bells in my head to replace the PPN induced migraine.

The case was:
Mission Development Pty Ltd v Clover Dale Pty Ltd [2011] VSC 148 (14 April 2011)

Guess who was the sole director of Cloverdale Pty Ltd?
