In trying to make sense of what is going on with the PPN board's failure to call an AGM and give us audited accounts for last year, all I get is one huge migraine.
Then I stumbled across a decision by Justice Ferguson in the Supreme Court of Victoria which started ringing very loud alarm bells in my head to replace the PPN induced migraine.
The case was: Mission Development Pty Ltd v Clover Dale Pty Ltd [2011] VSC 148 (14 April 2011)
Guess who was the sole director of Cloverdale Pty Ltd?
You case read the transcript of the case on AUSTLII on: http://www.austlii.edu.au/cgi-bin/sinodisp/au/cases/vic/VSC/2011/148.html?stem=0&synonyms=0&query=title(CLOVER%20DALE%20PTY%20LTD%20)
PPN gets a mention in paragraph 10 of the Court's decision.
