'condition shareholders to accepting a poor deal' Not at all. I am a JLP share holder and certainly don't want to see pi's lose their hard earned cash. Just want to guage sentiment from both perspectives.
I would also suggest the deal has been done and whatever pi's view or vote is, there will be no change in the result.
The merger terms will have been agreed months ago by creditors.
