Good share ratio and terms for PLA or terms that favour JLP. At the moment, despite what other share holders think, the merger talks and the uncertainty has held JLP back. My guess is that a 2:1 split would keep JLP in the current trading range of 9 - 13p before production is ramped up. Where as a 3:1 split should take it to 20's within a short period of time.
