Hey casey,i still believe that getting the 50mill from grimaldi may prove difficult but regardless of weather they get it or not,CHM apears to be excellent value at these levels as the shareprice does not even reflect the cash backing that the co presently has not to mention the value of its gold tenements.Take a look at the recent company presentation,and when the cash and gold assets are taken into account the shares have an intrinsic value of 7c,plus we have Tony Sage on board who has a successful proven track record.The company also mooted in its last update that the purchase of a new projcet was imminent.I feel the co may get a rerating when this comes to fruition.
