Here is the reply from FWL. Looks promising. Thanks

The last 12 months has been very tough and we have had to ride it out. We have kept the company in good standing and now things are just starting to improve. It is likely that FWL has not started to move up i9n share price because up until now we have not had anything positive to say but I am confident that this is changing as we speak. Negotiations are going well on the potential WHP JV and we will be updating the market on that later today. We do not have a final agreement at this point but we are down to two final bidders and I think a deal is not to far away. I am very optimistic that despite the last 12 months, we have now turned a corner and I believe we are going to be able to make solid progress over the next 12 months. The Board is planning a number of activities to get things moving positively again and our plans will be updated to the market later today. It will take FWL time to build up its momentum again in what remains a tough market but I hope you will stay with us and hopefully reap the rewards of your patience to date.
