    Hey Mike,

Have always enjoyed reading your posts via threads on stocks I have held and others I haven't.

With oilers being smashed of late, I have been hunting for a bargain or two. I note you have been bullish on DLS. I have also added DLS to my watchlist and am keen to invest (once the opportunity presents). Before that, let's examine the free cash flow of DLS over the past two years.

    OPERATING CASH FLOW
    2013: $19m
    2014: $246m
Cumulative OCF over the past two years of $265m

    INVESTING CASH FLOW
    2013: $257m
    2014: $123m
Cumulative ICF over the past two years of $380m

In other words, DLS have had a cumulative capital deficit over this period of $115m! How has this been funded? Two ways: Issuing equity and borrowings. Total $221m

    $221m - $115m = $106m (add cash on hand) $152m (as at 30/06/14)

DLS is yet to generate FCF without issuing equity or borrowing cash. Fortunately, markets are forward-looking and considering the above figures, they are on their way to generating FCF and creating real value. However, I haven't taken into a/c the recent carnage in the POO. Has anyone less lazy than myself done so? If so, please post your figures. Cheers.
