I am very against the consolidation, I don't see any benefit to investors, and no doubt will have costs involved. It probably only looks better for the management, eg. I am not managing a penny stock company. Even it seems to have become a common practice in the REIT industry (other REITs like CQR, CQO also consolidated the shares), it is still a black spot against the management, IMHO.

Nevertheless, I still believe it's good value.
