    exercise price. DMNOA is exercisable at 1c. DMNOC is exercisable at .5c

    for every option you wish to convert into a real share, you have to pay the exercise price. if the share price is 20c, and you exercise your options, you are essentially paying .5c (DMNOC) or 1c (DMNOA) for a 20c share - minus the price you paid for the options.
