DMNOC is an option. It allows you to turn those options into real shares by exercising your options. If you buy 500000 options at .2c, then exercise them (exercise price is .5c), then that's the same as buying shares for .7c. Obviously, you can see the benefit in doing this if the share price exceeds 1c.
Personally, I have both. The DMN share itself is my preference, atleast while you can snag it below .7c.
