Had a further read and on page 15 of GPR report this statement about sums it up
"Geopacific is of the view that the next incentive milestone has now been satisfied such that its overall economic interest in Woodlark will increase to 93% comprising a direct interest of 51% and a further interest of 42% by virtue of its 85% holding of Kula shares. Geopacific will provide Kula notice pursuant to the JV Agreement regarding the satisfaction of the incentive milestone and the consequential increase in its direct interest in Woodlark to 51%."
