hank, good question. there will certainly be a spike in custom as nearly every site will have water management issues that outstrip their inhouse capability. i would suggest rql will have their capability at 100% utilisation for the next few months.
Only problem now will be whether they can purchase new pumping wquipment in time to futher capitalise on the uptick in business, i doubt that they will be able to. most manufacturers have lead time issues.
in summary, yes it will be a positive.
