Also, original posts by me and Stonemason provide more detail on management, especially Jamie Cullen. Jamie started early days as MD of PCH Group in 94' (worked his butt off) and turned it from a $1Mil company to $247Mil before it was taken over.

He developed the PCH Group brand nationally, then took it offshore while developing business contacts and good relationships. Thus, we are looking at a hopeful replication of this in RQL.

Also, Anthony Ryder and Keith Lucas are specialists in this field. Keith Lucas has the best rental equipment experience going in Australia and Anthony Ryder established Resource Rentals after working several decades at Coates Hire. You couldn't ask for better experience.

I don't think John Saleeba has any experience in the industry, as he came across as a board member from the debt collection company, but from what I hear he can run a company and does the form so his experience stacks up to be on the board of RQL.

The only negative I can see is as stonemason said, RQL relies very heavily on specialist staff, so retention is a big priority. There are at least 20-25 employees that have been handpicked by management and these guys need to be motivated to stay. I believe the employee share purchase plan and several other incentives make sense.
