Mr Duncal Saville is not doing all those just in faver of ERG holders: He is taking the profitable parts of ERG away (oneLink), and there will be some conditions to limit the new venture only borrow money (and issue convertable)preference share)from Ingot.
Just like what the ERG director said: the final share of ERG holders will depend on ERG' perfomance +plus + to what extend Saville will exercise his converting right.
