It is impossible.

If someone ask you to approve selling your stake for nothing, are you going to approve it?

If Duncan Saville ask 100% ERG for 115 millions, shareholders will get nothing after paying back the $115 M loan.

And you and me will simply reject the "offer" and let the ERG ship sink, along with Mr Duncan Saville's loan and 30% holding as well.

The current situation is not very clear, that is why the SP is hanging around 2c, resulting ERG value (50% + Tcard litigation)only worth less than 20 Million.

Market is not sure just same as you and me: if the future is doomed it will worth Zero.
but if the restructure successful and business moving ahead, "Videlli" will be worth much more than 20 Millions!

What ever case, ERG will not stay at 2c for long! Lets wait and see.

Again this is a risky bet not for everyone, and I have already lost a lots on ERG.
Just another 25K (and the last) which I believe I can afford to lose.
