ERG slowly get to a point when they can service debt....and they sell assets.
They now need twice the amount of directors and two companies for the same amount of assets.
They are now bringing the destruction of of share value to a whole new level of incompetence.
Don't be surprised if you get asked to approve a pay rise for directors at the AGM.
