If they really do sell the land and the loan book for close to $100m then the stock will survive. The main concern is MIS sales going forward being so low that they continue to run at an operating loss. I think the whole timber demand story is potential helpful longer run but for now most mills are still running at a loss due to the low level of housebuilding. I dont think they use much timber in building school halls. The recent placement to a HK insto is not really a good sign as these are low quality players and it takes them further away from the arms of a big brother like Gunns who could save them.....there is lots still to prove with this company.
