I'm having great difficulty finding a motive for going to the trouble of listing if it was a scam.

They incurred a lot of establishment cost and ongoing corporate governance interference and cost so they could have a listed company. The few million they raised would't make that worthwhile if having their holdings in a listed entity wasn't their motive .

Its of significant note that

* They didn't take any money out of the IPO.

* They didn't take any money out when ACA bought shares in the private company.

* They didn't take any money out when the distributors bought their stake at 21c a share.

* They didn't even take the dividend.

Seems to me they know how to run a profitable business and are keen to reinvest earnings for growth.

ACA would have done their due diligence before investing. The distributors who know the business and management well also invested.

I recon they would be really scratching their heads having found themselves in this crazy sentiment driven place.

Having seen how the market reacted to the no dividend announcement and how sensitive it is to such things, i think that if they weren't fair dinkum about building the business they would have announced a 60% or 80% distribution policy and made off with a fortune by selling a few shares.

How are they dudding us?

both XPD and DXF are the only 2 Chinese companies listed on the ASX that i see with great potential. These 2 are gem among garbage

PEZ have some potential, except its management is just rubbish. But at sub 2 cents. its also worth a punt.
