As I said earlier this morning, I think InvetEgate's analysis of MEM's position is the most convincing on Hotcopper. If IE is right and that's truly the position, then maybe, just maybe TransOcean are keeping their powder dry until the PrIME saga is resolved? In other words maybe they know more than we do about MEM's hard and fast negotiating position and their launch or promotion to their clients has been judged to be better kept on hold till the B shares deal is concluded?
I don't know anything about Transocean, other than what the company sent to shareholders and what Alison has reported in ANNs, but thanks for the link to their website anyway. You pose a very, very interesting question.
