Ive heard that the founder/vendor of the Latin Gold Project in Brazil is selling his direct interests in the project holding company Latin Gold (UK).

The interests are;

(1) 7% direct shareholding in Latin Gold (UK) that owns the Brazil Gold Project that (IGS) are involved in;

(2) 1.2 million pounds cash if 1.5MOz discovered;

(3) Royality USD$7/oz on tailings in project.

It said all expressions of interest should be directed to PO Box 125, Mt Lawley WA 6050.

I wonder why ???
