So if we do get taken over by Bodganka, and Bogdanka being traded overseas in Poland, how would that work?
would we shareholders get shares of Bogdanka? or would we just get cash for the shares we own in PDZ for whatever price it would be taken over at?
a little light shed on this matter would be greatly appreciated for anyone who has any experience or info in the matter.
