I said my back pain (from inflammation) went away, not cured all diseases. Funny how people try to turn anything you do into a mockery because it's not the norm.
Please tell me what damage i'm doing by cutting mainly wheat out of my diet? You do understand what happens to your blood sugar when you eat refined carbs? While i did my Keto test i tracked my blood sugar and it stayed rock solid with no peaks or afternoon troughs.
It has been a couple of years since i did this and slowly slowly i have been increasing my carb intake. We still only eat pasta a couple of times a month but i definitely notice more bloating and weight increase and again back and foot (broken 6 years ago) pain.
