I did 3 days with no food apart from electrolyte , because had to have a medical scan for diverticulitis , so colon had to be completely empty for the scan , I was allowed an electrolyte to drink , no issues apart from lack of energy .
I would think rather than going on this for the reason of a diet , having roughage in your diet especially for breakfast ie bran and musely with some form of fresh fruit , every day is probably a healthier option long term than doing shock treatments .
