Over the past 3 yrs Japanese mag makers have been CLOSING Chinese plants and moving back to Japan.
Most likely result LAMP closure would be a reversal, and another round of massive ROW Govt investment in economic alternates.
You seriously think the Japanese would trust Dragon supply, in the highly unlikely event it was offered?
Certainly not what they say, or the Europeans, in face to face conversation.
