I don't think that Lynas accepts the rules of the new government just like that, but Fuziah wants Lynas to accept these without discussions. She reacted to the news that the energy, science, technology, environment and climate change ministry has formed a task force to facilitate the process of sending waste from the Lynas plant to Australia:

March 13, KUALA LUMPUR: The energy, science, technology, environment and climate change ministry has formed a task force to facilitate the process of sending waste from the Lynas plant to Australia.Deputy minister Isnaraissah Munirah Majilis also said they had written an official letter to the Australian authorities on Feb 26 seeking their cooperation on the matter.“It was meant to inform them of the need to send water leached purification (WLP) waste from Malaysia to Australia, besides speeding up Lynas’ request for approval from the Australian government to send back the waste.“In addition, to ensure that the waste delivery process is safe, the government through the Atomic Energy Licensing Board will ensure that Lynas complies with all provisions of the Atomic Energy Licensing Act 1984 and regulations made thereunder and other requirements set by the relevant authorities,” she told the Dewan Rakyat today.Isnaraissah said this in response to a supplementary question by Hasbullah Osman (BN-Gerik) on the latest developments and full evaluation reports of the Lynas’ operations.Earlier, when responding to the original question by Nor Azrina Surip (PH-Merbok), Isnaraissah said the drafting of amendments to Act 304 of the Atomic Energy Licensing Act 1984 was in the final stage before being submitted to the Attorney-General’s Chambers and then tabled in Parliament.Among the amendments proposed in the Act is the enhancement of security and regulations of radioactive, nuclear and radioactive waste management.
Lynas admitted on February 23, 2012, to remove all waste from Malaysia, if necessary...
If necessary... that's still the discussion.
