What happened to ASB was no mistake. A number of other stocks were also hit in the same way in the after-market auction e.g OMH and SKI and may others. This must have been the work of an institution (given the scale of the action across the board), perhaps shorting the stock in anticipation of a further selldown on Monday, being the last day of the financial year in which losses can be realised.
