"Demand for caravans is dropping along with demand for new mine accomodation." Until this changes.... and it's not going to happen for ages... FWD SP will remain under the hammer. Avoid imo. Other MS stks have exc contracts that will be renogiated at educed margins, but they won't be tuck with half-empty mining camps with swimming pools and tennis court. Plus plenty 2nd hand vans for sale.
