maybe people reading through that rights issue document got scared off by the number of times the word "risk" was mentioned (78 times).
Must admit that i am a little more nervous about this one than i was before reading it.
Still planning on taking up the rights at this stage but I hope we get some news that pushes up the price a bit soon or the likeliehood of it being fully subscribed is low.
