well a lot of people won't actually do that, some like me, will want to double their holdings so they aren't liquidated and their stake remains the same... However, you do have a good point, the SP below 20cents is worrying as it poses the risk that people will not take up their RI... But just remember, those that do take up their RI, have the right to take up any shares that weren't originally taken up - this will probably be at the same price - this creates a further incentive for people to jump in and take their rights...
